Pectus Excavatum is described by the chest sinking inward, while Pectus Carinatum is known for protruding outward. Both conditions affect your child's physical appearance. They can lead to self-esteem issues in children and may even cause some health problems. Therefore, when you notice an abnormality in your child's chest shape, don't neglect it.
